Frequently asked questions
Common questions about pricing
What counts as a 'run'?
Each time a job executes — whether triggered by an event, a schedule, or an API call — counts as one run, regardless of how many steps it contains.
What happens if I go over my plan's run limit?
On the Team plan, overage is billed per additional run at a flat rate — your jobs keep running, you're not cut off mid-month. The Hobby plan pauses new runs until the next cycle.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, annual billing on the Team plan saves two months compared to paying monthly. Reach out and we'll set it up.
Do you offer a discount for startups or nonprofits?
Yes. Early-stage startups and registered nonprofits can get a discount on the Team plan — mention it when you reach out and we'll sort out the details.
What happens to my jobs if I cancel?
Jobs stop running when your plan ends, but your run history and job definitions stay accessible for 30 days in case you want to export anything or come back.
